Don’t miss the 6th annual Sunshine Coast Mushroom Festival to with two opportunities to see Taylor Lockwood’s photographic presentation, “Spirits of the Forest”; a guided foray somewhere on the Sunshine Coast; special mushroom meals at various restaurants up and down the Coast; and, of course, our mushroom show in Madeira Park, with ID tables, cooking and dyeing demonstrations, photo contest winners, vendors, and more. The Sunshine Coast Society For The Hunting, Recognition and Observation of Mushrooms (SHROOM) is a dedicated group of people who enjoy pursuing and learning about the myriad fungi found on the British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast.
